The company is manage and owned by Archt. Mark Louie M. Soriquez. A Mapua Institute of Technology graduate with an extensive knowledge and experience in high-end residential projects and designs. An active member of the United Architects of the Philippines.

The company services includes various building types design for commercial and institutional. It also  offers design for house renovation and re-modelling, interior and exterior, as well as the architectural interior of condo units, offices, retail stores, showrooms, lounges and bars, and the likes. ​

​The company was founded in February of 2007 with complete licenses and permits to operate. ​​
